Ascending

Ambience

Ascending to the top of the White Face Mountain, in the Adirondack Mountain Range, near Lake Placid NY. For me, this place always has exceptional ambience, always different, always unique, no matter how many times I photograph it. It is about the light, the colors, the wind and the feeling the ambience of this place wraps you in. Different seasons and different times of the day will give you different feels. I love going there quite often. The sun and the fog give it very peaceful, almost tranquil feel.
